Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nursing Practitioner to join our Employee Wellness team at Clicks Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to employees, promoting health and wellness, and ensuring the efficient running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare services: Administer clinic services, provide family planning and preventative healthcare services, and promote health and wellness among employees.
- Manage clinic operations: Organize clinic functions, ensure the clinic environment is professional and clean, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Build relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to optimize clinic services.
- Report and analyze: Compile and analyze reports on clinic activities, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Registration: Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a primary healthcare and family planning nurse.
- Certifications: Primary Healthcare certificate and Allegra certification.
