Shuttle Driver

Village N Life is a leading local Tourism and Hospitality group that sets the standard for excellence in guest experience. We're seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team, providing exceptional transportation services to our guests in the beautiful setting of Camps Bay.

• Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Transport guests and staff safely and efficiently to and from hotels, local attractions, and the airport.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide a warm, welcoming presence.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
• Provide insightful recommendations about local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and pristine vehicle that reflects the elegance of our group.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedules and address any issues promptly.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid PDP Permit.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Professional, polished appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Cape Town and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
