Job Description

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Process and SAP Support Manager to drive process improvements and enhance system efficiency.

This role involves providing daily support to SAP users, assisting with transactions and troubleshooting system issues. You will collaborate with internal teams and external SAP specialists to ensure system efficiency.

You will assess and improve business processes, implementing necessary optimizations, manage and maintain critical system data, ensuring accuracy and compliance, analyze key reports, oversee data integrity, and support financial processes.

The ideal candidate has relevant qualification and 5-10 years of SAP support experience, strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, MM, PP, QM, SD and business operations, proficiency in data management, reporting, and compliance, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, willingness to work flexible hours when required.

This is a full-time position at a well-established organization, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing the opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance system efficiency.
