Role Overview :
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their reward and recognition requirements, developing tailored solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and network with HR professionals to drive business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Utilize social media and LinkedIn marketing to expand reach and build relationships.
- Present customized reward and recognition solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives in the region.
- Meet with clients to assess their reward and recognition objectives.
- Develop customized incentive solutions based on client needs.
- Present proposals and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Experience working in a corporate B2B environment is essential We're looking for a self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales consulting, preferably in the rewards and recognition or HR solutions industry or corporate services.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Experience in selling HR SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR decision-makers and their key challenges when implementing SaaS-based solutions.
