Job Description
  • Develop training programs for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems, including e-courses, step-by-step guides, and screencasts.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Maintain quality standards by following established guidelines and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
Requirements
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
