Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at The HR Company. This role is responsible for providing financial leadership and support to various departments across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including fixed asset commissioning and CAPEX reporting.
  • Support the annual audit and BEE audit process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and provide hands-on assistance.
Requirements
  • A relevant completed degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification working experience in general accounting.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is recommended.
  • Computer literacy and strong analytical skills.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
