Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with family physicians, primary care providers, and allied healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.
  • Adapt to the holistic, person-centered approach of the Primary Care Team structure, ensuring culturally safe and responsive care.
  • Build on proficiency in working within optimized scopes of practice to maximize efficiency and efficacy.
  • Provide care in private family physician clinics and conduct home visits to extend accessibility and continuity of care for patients.
