A1L Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Infrastructure Director to lead the development and implementation of our technology infrastructure strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative technology solutions.
About the Role:
- You will have at least 10 years' experience in managing multiple large complex projects or programmes, including at least 5 years as the Project Manager for major, complex, cross-cutting ICT delivery projects.
- A core degree in an appropriate discipline from a recognised institution and membership of a relevant professional body are required. PMP Certification and PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification are highly desirable. A Master's Degree is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end the following ICT projects and programs: Data Centre – Mechanical and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades, Integration Infrastructure Testing and Cutovers in a LIVE ENVIRONMENT.
- Establish processes and procedures for maintaining programme/project management oversight and decision-making support throughout the course of the project/s.
- Work closely with other Project Managers, Customer Project Managers, Service Managers, and other key stakeholders in identifying and managing dependencies.
- Regularly track and report on the health of all Projects to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in managing large complex projects or programmes, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
