Sales Business Development Specialist

To drive business growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at BSMG Investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Provide technical advice and training to customers, including presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct site visits to measure battery compartments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Solicit new business opportunities and service existing customers to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and sales performance, and provide regular progress reports.
- Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, and review cost and sales performance.
- Forecast sales opportunities and pipeline, and provide customer progress reports.
- Sell the complete offering of our company's products and services.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of related sales experience in the material handling sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
