Role Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Transforming data into actionable business information and making it readily accessible to stakeholders
  2. Using data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and provide unique ways to present data and information in an easy-to-consume format
  3. Identifying root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business
  4. Performing data analytics working with large data sets using various tools and technologies
  5. Partnering with engineering teams to define the data elements and data structures that the team should audit for seller's metrics
  6. Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
  7. Engaging with leadership and diversified groups to understand the needs and recommend business intelligence solutions. Working with business intelligence engineers, data engineering, software development teams to enable the appropriate capture and storage of key data points
  8. Making recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve finance, operational, and quality metrics
  9. Participating in strategic & financial planning discussions
  10. Standardizing data and report consumption across all customer groups
