Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional, in-person support to driver-partners and riders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Review and approve vehicle documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Provide expert guidance to existing driver-partners, troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter, such as delayed payments.
* Collaborate with the team to assist with events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
* Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new driver-partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel on our platforms.
* Develop and deliver engaging presentations to driver-partners, fostering a deep understanding of our opportunities and driving enthusiasm for our services.
