Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end category campaign planning, including creating flow plans, managing margin control, and ensuring accuracy and alignment of product details, pricing, codes, and descriptions.
  • Lead new product development by conducting market analysis and competitive research to inform buying strategies and staying updated on trends to drive innovation and new product ideas.
  • Oversee the entire product development cycle, including briefing suppliers and manufacturers, reviewing quotes, approving suppliers, and ensuring product completion while maintaining compliance with quality, legal, and industry standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships by negotiating favourable costs, ensuring quality assurance, and securing timely stock deliveries.
  • Collaborate with demand planning teams to align inventory with sales forecasts and develop effective campaign plans that align stock support with sales forecasts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Beauty Buyer capacity within retail or direct-selling environments.
  • Suitably qualified for the role, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
