Main Responsibilities

  2. Develop and test new marketing channels to expand audience reach and improve acquisition efficiency.

  3. Implement A/B testing strategies for website optimization and campaign performance improvement.

  4. Analyze customer conversion funnels and implement data-driven enhancements.

  5. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and performance metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Fluency in English.
