Job Title: Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of tools and machines across various divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair tools and machines in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct fault finding and identify spares required for internal and external repairs.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including job cards and stock management.
  • Report to the Workshop Manager on customer comments and equipment condition.
  • Liaise with Sales Consultants to ensure accurate stock levels and equipment condition.
  • Attend training sessions on tools and machines.
  • Travel to and assist branches as needed.
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks.
  • Provide training and assist the Sales Team with demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' technical experience in the industrial sector.
  • Electrical Trade Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or process environments.
  • Technical aptitude in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and battery systems.
  • Production process or automation experience.
  • Knowledge of the Occupation Health & Safety Act.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
