Requirements:

  • Strong operational management skills, including cash reconciliation, stock management, and opening and closing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
