The Role: As a Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial aspects of our cinemas while nurturing talent and bringing people along the journey with you. This diverse leadership role requires strong commercial skills, as well as the ability to provide superior customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times, manage stock control, and maintain cash reconciliation.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit, induct, and train new staff members, while coaching Team Leaders and Team Members.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Standard Maintenance: Adhere to Health and Safety legislation, and ensure compliance and maintenance of standards.
- Results Delivery: Monitor performance, and deliver the Company Strategy to be the best place to watch a movie.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, and drive commercial aspects of our cinemas.
