We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in transforming business workflows, enhancing efficiency, and generating strategic insights using Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply data analytics and GenAI methods to explore, develop, and implement solutions
  • Work with Microsoft applications, including Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Leverage data and GenAI capabilities to drive decision-making and solve business challenges
  • Maintain governance, security, and data standards compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Statistics
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data analytics and BI methods and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, quantifying, and delivering value through data and GenAI solutions
