Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and administration, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and project accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards applicable to non-profit organisations.
  • Ability to make sound financial decisions and recommendations.
  • Understanding of the non-profit sector and its unique financial and administrative challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Office-based role.
  • Willingness to travel.
