Millwright Technician

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Installation and Maintenance: Install new equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, and that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other departments and teams to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.

• Education: Red seal qualification from a reputable institution.
• Experience: Minimum of years of experience in performing maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems.
• Skills: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Understanding of electrical distribution and machine controls ranging from 24 to 480 volts AC/DC.
• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
