We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Activity Leader to join our team at Placid Waters in Sedgefield, Western Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, promoting, facilitating, and arranging water sports and non-water sports entertainment, games, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and organizing water sports and non-water sports events
  • Facilitating and arranging entertainment and promotional water sports activities and events
  • M.C. events
  • Handling guest queries and communicating information in a professional manner
  • Recording and communicating guest comments and complaints
Requirements:
  • Experience in theme parks, cruise liners, children's camps, hotels, and resorts entertainment
  • Camp councillor experience
  • Strong swimming skills
  • Dam and sea recreational business knowledge
  • Leading kids and family games and activities
  • Computer literacy and audio-visual expertise
  • Crisis management skills
Person Requirements:
  • High energy levels with a passion for working with the public and particularly children
  • Ability to work outside normal office hours, including public holidays and weekends
  • Flexibility and patience
