- Effective Safety Leadership: Model safe behavior and ensure that the project team, contractors, and construction workforce adhere to safety protocols.
- Integrated Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan that incorporates all stakeholders and technical functions in line with Company standards.
- Control and Governance: Establish required controls to ensure delivery against project charter standards and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Effectively lead cross-functional teams in line with Company values.
- Reporting and Transparency: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Performance and Delivery:
- Manage and coordinate project teams of specialists to deliver expectations.
- Manage the project charter, scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including EPCMs, owner team specialists, and DMR.
- Integrate stakeholder interfaces during project execution.
- Participate in project assurance reviews at stage gates.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Engineering/Technical/Construction discipline.
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering mining projects, preferably within the Refinery/Smelter/Process environment.
