Main Purpose of Job

To deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with the Scope of Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing interventions.
  • Contribute to the development of a learning environment that fosters staff growth and competence.
  • Ensure accurate charging of utilized stock and equipment.
Required Education and Experience

Essential Education: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

Desired Education: CPD courses in specific specialty areas for specialized wards.

Essential Minimum Experience: None

Desired Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience before placement in a specialized unit.
