We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our expansion efforts in Africa and the Middle East. As Regional Expansion Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and success in these regions.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of a business plan to drive growth and expansion in Africa and the Middle East.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, university partners, and employers.
- Oversee the setup of new centres from scratch, building high-performing teams, systems, and processes.
- Maintain financial sustainability, enrollment targets, and student success outcomes across all Nurture Global Academies in Africa.
