Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Enhance Business Intelligence Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, gather data needs, and translate technical solutions into actionable insights.
  • Design and Implement Data Models: Develop and maintain robust data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity, reliability, and scalability.
  • Perform Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Optimize Performance and Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Power BI reports and data models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (3+ years) working with Power BI in a professional setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills, experience with data warehousing concepts, and proficiency in Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications and Experience: Certifications in Power BI or related technologies. Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
