The Intermediate Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee and direct the development of infrastructure initiatives for our clientele. In this role, you will manage a team across multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination among various departments. Your duties will encompass resolving issues as they arise, maintaining project timelines, and delivering regular updates to facilitate team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and project management expertise for IT Infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assume responsibility for IT projects and drive them to successful completion when necessary.
  • Deliver periodic updates on project status, activities, risks, interdependencies, and challenges for presentation to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement through the optimization of existing processes and the implementation of new standards.
  • Engage in the integration process from the planning and design stages through to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security teams.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation to ensure a seamless transition of developed components to operational teams.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging with senior leadership.
  • Strong customer-centric and team-oriented communication skills, emphasizing the establishment of lasting, trusted relationships with business clients.
  • Possess analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, along with a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach.
