The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, with experience in strategic planning, content creation, and stakeholder management. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in internal communications. Salary range for this position is R750,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be based in Johannesburg and will be responsible for managing a team of internal communications specialists. They will report directly to the Head of Internal Communications and will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of the company's internal communications strategy.
