About the Role

The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and associates to achieve excellent customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Coach and develop team members to achieve required store standards, ensure individual development training packs are completed, and conduct regular one-on-one conversations.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure all associates provide excellent customer service, resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, and build relationships with customers.
  3. Stock Loss Prevention: Ensure adherence to security and risk measures, monitor the implementation of the stock take process, and minimize shrinkage and damage to goods.
  4. Operations: Maintain overall maintenance and housekeeping standards, acknowledge and act on Store Operations communication, and conduct Management By Walk About (MBWA) regularly.
