The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing risk management strategies and a deep understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.

Key responsibilities will include evaluating cyber security policies to ensure security policy adherence, promoting awareness of security policies, training, and the governance strategy amongst all levels of the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to assess policy needs, train stakeholders in the policy lifecycle and clearly communicate expectations, collaborating with subject matter experts and senior leaders to develop and manage security content.

A key aspect of this role will be to proactively manage risks on the Cyber Risk Register from intake to resolution and communicate risk assessment findings with key stakeholders to develop and monitor risk remediation plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, leveraging automation and reporting tools to generate Cyber Risk metrics, i.e., KPI's, KRI's, KGI's (KxI).
