Job Title: Executive Pastry Artisan

At HR Supreme, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Artisan to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pastry and Farm Shop Management: Oversee the daily operations of our pastry and farm shop, ensuring high-quality products and efficient processes.
  • Menu Development: Create innovative à la carte desserts, pastries, and confectionary for all departments, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Manage kitchen inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all chefs in the kitchen, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Arts Education: Degree or diploma in culinary arts, with a focus on pastry and confectionary techniques.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
  • Skills: Extensive repertoire of pastry and confectionary techniques and trends, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to function as part of a team, willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, and own transport.
