Senior Accounting Professional Required

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Weekly and Monthly Creditors: Manage full function weekly and monthly creditors, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Procurement and Stock Management: Procure stock items, manage stock planning, and maintain accurate record keeping.
  3. Forex Payments and Compliance: Process forex payments and ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations.
  4. Management Accounts and Financial Reporting: Perform accounting functions up to management accounts, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance, and prepare year-end journals, income statements, and balance sheets for other companies within the group as required.
  5. Cash Flow Forecasting and Planning: Assist with cash flow forecasting and planning to ensure the company's financial stability.

Requirements:

  1. Matric with Accounting Qualification: Possess a matric certificate with an accounting qualification.
  2. 5 Years of Full Function Bookkeeping Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in full function bookkeeping, including management accounts.
  3. Knowledge of Foreign Payments: Have knowledge of foreign payments.
  4. ERP System and Advanced Excel Skills: Possess working knowledge of an ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
