Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead our Accounts Receivable team. As a Head of Finance, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and collection of cash.

About the Role
  • Lead the global accounts receivable functions and ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Manage the delivery of the team in terms of accounts receivable and establish regular performance monitoring of O2C systems.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading teams of similar size and complexity. A degree in Finance or a related field is essential, with professional registration being advantageous.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of R 900 000 - R 1 000 000 annually.
