Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee local and foreign banking operations and banking systems support.
  2. Ensure timely completion of banking month-end processes.
  3. Manage external relationships with service providers such as banks.
  4. Reconcile all company bank and GL accounts.
  5. Evaluate and implement policies and procedures for collecting documentation from stores.
  6. Propose enhancements to banking & treasury policies where necessary.
  7. Integrate new business developments into daily reconciliation processes.
  8. Liaise with IT Finance to ensure system effectiveness and efficiency.
  9. Coordinate with local and foreign banks on banking & treasury matters.
  10. Resolve queries within permitted timeframes.
  11. Maintain accurate banking and treasury KPIs.
  12. Provide succession and stand-in support to the banking team.
  13. Liaise with external and internal audit as required.
  14. Manage daily cash flow forecasting and efficient investment/disinvestment and funding obligations.
  15. Ensure current banking agreements are signed by management.

  19. Submit legislative documentary requirements within deadlines.
