Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Coordinator to join our team. As the Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspections and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues with our properties and ensure they are repaired promptly.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure that all properties comply with relevant regulations, including insurance, property, and safety standards.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and manage relationships with tenants to ensure their needs are met.
  • Supplier Management: Source and manage suppliers to resolve issues and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Leasing and Rental Agreements: Assist with leasing and rental agreements, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the property industry.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
