We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Application Developer to join our team at Datafin Recruitment. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Job Summary:

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain and improve existing APIs to ensure efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front-end Development: Utilize React.js to build responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
  2. Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic using Node.js to create robust and scalable applications.
  3. API Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain APIs that follow best practices and industry standards.
  4. Database Management: Work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL to design and optimize database schemas.
  5. Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing of front-end and back-end components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in React and Node.js development.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies and design principles.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
