CSG Recruit is currently seeking a skilled Database Architect Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in data modelling and architecture. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of best practices and methodologies in data warehousing and multi-dimensional data, as well as experience with common relational database management systems (RDBMS) technologies such as Oracle, IBM, SQL Server, and MySQL.

The Database Architect Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale databases to meet the needs of our clients. This includes developing and deploying big data environments using technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL, as well as ensuring data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale databases to meet client requirements
  • Develop and deploy big data environments using Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL
  • Ensure data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data modelling and architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices and methodologies in data warehousing and multi-dimensional data
  • Experience with common RDBMS technologies, including Oracle, IBM, SQL Server, and MySQL
  • Experience with big data environments, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL
  • Strong programming skills, including Java and C#
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
