In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the operations of the Mobile Department on projects aimed at maximizing company profits and customer base through marketing campaigns.
About the Role- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at branches.
- At least 1 year of sales/marketing/promotional experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Collaborate with Area Managers to meet promotional objectives.
- Develop and launch new promotions for Mobile Clerks.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with Area Managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions.
- Deliver ongoing training to Mobile Clerks.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and improve Mobile Clerk performance.
- Support the growth and development of distributor outlets.
- Train new Mobile team members.
- Regularly visit outlets.
- Submit regular reports to management.
- Offer operational support to Area Managers.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
