We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Specd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Manage the development and distribution of internal communication around brand and CI requirements and standards to all staff.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, consumer insights, and public perceptions to ensure the company's brand is positioned correctly.
  • Collaborate with agencies to monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
  • Work with the head of marketing to oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, including the production of TV commercials, radio campaigns, OOH, print advertisements, and on-site activations.
  • Manage the marketing plans, design, execute, deliver, and sign off on all OOH work, as well as create more of a presence for retail stores and identify any branding requirements around the space.
  • Design brand marketing plans for major sporting events, working and integrating with the marketing team around delivering customer communications and utilizing a range of communication channels as part of the campaign delivery.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years of in-depth experience coordinating brand marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
  • Experience in the sports betting industry is an advantage.
  • 3-Year Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Candidate must have strong conceptualizing, problem-solving, analyzing, collecting information, innovating, and integrating skills.
