Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Express Employment Professionals (Witbank) in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial vehicle sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. They will be responsible for leading and driving a thriving sales team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new customers.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the sales team is equipped to meet the needs of clients.

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, preferably with knowledge and experience of DAF, FAW, PowerStar, UD, and Iveco trucks.
• Sound financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
