Role Summary

This key position involves defining operational execution plans for new capital markets deals and transactions, implementing and documenting operational procedures and ensuring smooth operational execution within set timelines.

The successful candidate will be accountable for all client and operational matters, managing risks, ensuring operational efficiency and addressing client delivery matters related to Capital Markets (CM) for the region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, operational risk, service level agreements and coordination of client deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain and expand contact with Sales team, clients and the intermediaries and ensure that all stakeholders are serviced well.
  • Facilitate enforcing policies, procedures and work-instructions with operational staff to achieve a standardized way of working towards the clients.
  • Anticipate and manage the impact of emerging regulatory, taxation or legal changes and ensure compliance-related risk addressed on behalf of the client.
Candidate Requirements

We require a highly skilled professional with prior hands-on experience managing CM teams with regional responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Able to adapt and work under pressure in a smaller, dynamic, fast-paced local team environment, the ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in financial services, fund industry and holds a strong commercial and operational mindset.
