At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Natural Science Teacher to join our team at Reddam House. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Role Summary:

As a Natural Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth. You will design and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks, ask questions, and explore their interests.
  • Evaluate and refine teaching practices to ensure continuous improvement and student success.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement targeted interventions.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in Natural Science education, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to Natural Science education.

What We're Looking For:

  • A deep understanding of Natural Science concepts and principles, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Experience in teaching Natural Science to students in grades 5-7, and a proven track record of success in promoting student learning and achievement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
