**Job Overview**

We are looking for experienced General Assistants to play a key role in supporting sales operations and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor environment, promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a competitive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring efficient stock replenishment and minimal stock discrepancies.
- Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences and trends, contributing to business growth and development.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective customer interaction and teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining focus and composure under pressure.
  • A customer-focused mindset, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate transaction processing.

**What We Offer**
