Job Summary:

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Training and Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and providing system training and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to customer needs
  • Monitor and report on training progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide expert system training to customers, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization
  • Offer exceptional customer support, resolving queries and providing guidance on system features and functionalities
  • Assist with data preparation and uploading for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training or consulting, with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as accounting software packages
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
