The Senior Electrical BIM Technician will be responsible for coordinating the modelling of building services designs for various projects. This role involves setting up Revit models in BIM360, delivering building services projects in Revit and related programming packages, and extending digital content libraries through advanced family creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating modelling of building services designs for various projects.
- Setting up Revit models in BIM360 for clients and stakeholders.
- Modelling and delivering building services projects in Revit and related programming packages.
- Extending digital content libraries through advanced family creation.
- Quality checking deliverables from global and multinational teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical environment, preferably as a modeller.
- BIM and Revit experience is non-negotiable; certificates beneficial.
- Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks and BIM Glue.
- Dynamo, Python, and automation methods knowledge highly beneficial.
- Common Data Environments and relevant platforms experience.
