In this position, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our tennis and lifestyle offerings by developing new event concepts and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing new event strategies
  2. Leading staff and contractors to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  3. Ensuring high standards of customer service

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.

A driving license is required to attend UK events and transport equipment. Event experience and a university degree would be advantageous but not necessary.
