Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management:
    • Manage end-to-end transactions from customer order to fulfillment to invoice.
    • Review and action hardware and software opportunities and tickets in a timely manner.
    • Generate quotes and deliver to internal/external stakeholders.
    • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery/installation.
    • Create and process invoices while avoiding data variance.
    • Process credit queries and conduct research on hardware, software, and licensing products.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Coordinate tracking of supplier invoices and proof of deliveries.
    • Manage order tracking to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve outstanding issues.
    • Engage in customer invoice dispute resolution.
  • Expectation Management:

    • Provide accurate ETAs for all products to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Cultivate key internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Vendor Management:
    • Follow up with requests from internal and vendor inquiries.
    • Maintain vendor relations by promptly resolving problems with orders.
    • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
    • Secure favorable pricing through negotiations.
  • Proactive Client Engagement:
    • Engage with customers on requirements to ensure their needs are met effectively.

    • Process and execute hardware and software renewals and warranties.

  • Advisory and Partnership Function:
    • Develop expertise and specialization in at least two strategic business-essential areas.
    • Ensure the Procurement leader has the necessary information to maintain partner status.

    • Manage the renewal process for clients.

Key Requirements:
