  • Supports and guides case management staff in provision of services and quality assurance.
  • Plans, assigns, trains, supervises, and evaluates the work of assigned staff.
  • Establishes goals and objectives for subordinate staff within the section.

Requirements

  • Progressively responsible technical, professional, and administrative functions in social work, human services, public administration, or a related field that includes 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Six or more years of experience as described above.
  • Degree: Social work, psychology, sociology, public administration.
