Job Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
Manage team members and oversee team deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Conflict Resolution
Effectively handle people and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

• Data Analysis
Conduct statistical analysis on complex datasets to gain valuable insights supporting data-driven decision-making efforts.

• AI/ML Strategy
Contribute to the organization's AI/ML strategy, including the development and refinement of AI/ML models to drive business growth.

• Dashboard Development
Develop, maintain, and refine monthly dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Data Interpretation
Understand, interpret, and present financial, client, and other data to inform business decision-making.

• Business Intelligence
Consolidate, analyze, interpret, and provide high-quality business intelligence and analysis to support stakeholder needs.

• Stakeholder Support
Support stakeholders with data, insights, query resolution, and ad-hoc analysis of data to drive informed decision-making.

• Reporting and Presentations
Produce targeted reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations to inform stakeholder decision-making.

• Strategy Development
Solve stakeholder needs and drive business strategy by providing insight and managing data analysis and interpretation on strategic issues and business-related challenges.

• Training and Development
Train stakeholders on how to use business intelligence tools to aid in their decision-making, enhancing overall business performance.

• Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems, recommending effective ways to operate and add value to the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Essential Qualifications
NQF Level: Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree required.

• Preferred Qualifications
CA/CFA/FRM qualifications preferred.

Exposure and Skills

Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum Experience
3-5 years' experience in a financial/analytical role within the financial industry required.

Business writing and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
