Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial operations, with experience in general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions and allocating costs and revenues for various entities;
  2. Preparing monthly management accounts and other reports for these entities, ensuring timely completion and accuracy;
  3. Performing regular reconciliations of accounts to identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  4. Implementing and monitoring financial controls and processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements;
  5. Collaborating with the finance team to address ad hoc queries and prepare specialized analysis;
  6. Managing debtors' functions, including invoices, fee collections, and net settlements, ensuring accurate and timely execution;
  7. Preparing and loading daily payments to business partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  8. Monitoring and managing pre-funding balances of specified business partners;
  9. Providing financial information for Board Packs and executive analysis as needed;

Minimum requirements:

  1. Relevant financial post-graduate qualification or 3 years' relevant experience;
  2. Knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAGE and Business Central accounting package;
  3. Fluent in business English, any additional languages beneficial;
  4. Own reliable transport.
