About the Job:

  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our service operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to align service objectives with business goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

The Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A qualified millwright plus a degree in Business Management or Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior service leadership role, ideally within the yellow machinery or heavy equipment industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
