About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Worker to join our Home Care Team in Katherine, NT. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide care and support to clients in their homes, undertaking tasks such as cleaning, personal care, grooming, and meal assistance.

You will work on a part-time basis, 24 hours per week, on a fixed roster of Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays - 8am-4pm. You will travel to clients' homes and provide care and support, using your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Qualifications

  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Care, Disability, or Home and Community Care
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with activities of daily living in a community or Home Care setting
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse team environment
